Policies on exceptions.
In our world, there will always be exceptions.
Examples of this might be where the loan amount or the security is just outside of our standard policy, and the overall merits of the deal are strong. In these situations, there may be strong factors which should be taken into account, which may influence the decision on a particular loan.
Always talk to your BDM if you believe your client’s situation might be an exception.
