Cash out, including ‘cash out’ for personal and business use (we may require documentary evidence supporting the use of the ‘cash out’ funds)
Refinance personal debts; an unlimited number of consumer debts can be consolidated on eligible product options
Home improvements
Refinance of tax and business debt
Payout of private or solicitor debts is acceptable on eligible product options; we require a copy of the private debt or solicitor loan contract, an understanding as to the original loan purpose & where the loan contract requires repayments, transaction bank statements showing repayments being debited from the customer’s account will also be required
Home loan construction option and vacant land
Purchase or refinance of land for the primary purpose of constructing up to two residential owner occupied or investment dwellings.
Our construction loan option can also be used to finance structural changes to an existing owner occupied or investment dwelling.
