If your client has access to PAYG income documentation, we’ll ask for either the:
Latest payslip and three months' bank statements showing salary credits
Latest payslip or three months' bank statements, plus one of the following:
Letter of employment
Notice of assessment
Latest PAYG payment summary
Employment check completed by Pepper Money
Full Doc option: Self employed
To help us understand your client's business performance, provide the financial documentation that best reflects their position.
Most applications will need the:
Last two years' tax returns, plus one of the following:
Last two years' notices of assessment
Last two years' financial statements
For Near Prime option clients with no adverse credit history and a loan under $1,500,000, we'll also accept either:
Most recent lodged tax return and notice of assessment
Most recent financial statements prepared by a registered accountant (CPA, CA or IPA), plus current lease documentation (if applicable)
Alt Doc option:

ABN registered for 24 months
GST registered for 12 months
Declaration of financial position plus one of the following:
Last Six months business bank statements, including the most recent month
Last Six months BAS
Pepper Money accountant’s letter (up to $3,000,000)
Copy of current lease documentation (where applicable)
